Classes & Courses

Do you have friends who are also new mums and want to train in a small group environment together?

Get in touch and we can organise private post-natal group classes.

£150 (6-week Course)

This is a 6-week progressive course for mums in the early stages of post partum recory wanting to increase their confidence with strength training. Each week builds on the previous. With key focuses on pelvic floor strengthening, breathing strategies, core activation & posture. Bring your baby along (must be pre-crawling)

Tuesdays 11:15am-12:15pm

Next course starting: 25th February

£150 (6-week course)

This is a 6-week course for those mums who have already started basic exercise and feel ready to increase their workouts' intensity under a qualified coach's watchful eye. This course works to improve overall body strength & posture. Bring your baby along (must be pre-crawling)

Thursdays 11:15am-12:15pm
